The PADI Open Water Diver course gives you the knowledge and skills you will need to dive with a buddy independent of supervision.
The course consists of 5 academic modules, 5 confined water dives and 4 open water dives. The practical training will take place over 3 days; 1 afternoon of confined water training and 2 mornings of open water training dives. You will complete your theory work online via eLearning.
PADI eLearning gives you the freedom to complete the theory at your own pace. At the end of each chapter you will complete an online test along with a final exam. All you need to do once you have finished this, is print off your exam scores and bring them along with you.
Already completed the theory and confined water sections of your course?
Then join us to complete your certification diving the beautiful waters of Exuma. The Open Water Diver Referral Course consists of a brief confined water refresher one afternoon followed 4 open water training dives taking place over 2 mornings with our team.
You will need to bring along the documents that show you have successfully completed the academic and confined water parts of the course.
If you are between 10 and 15 years old you will earn the Junior certification. You will learn the same theory and skills as adult students, but for safety you will stay at shallower depths.
